Scientific Programme
An attractive and stimulating programme has been developed by the Scientific Professional Programme Committee for midwives of all backgrounds and experience. The overarching theme highlights the importance of strengthening midwifery at national, local and community levels, within diverse healthcare systems. Excellent speakers from throughout the world will address delegates at daily plenary sessions. These morning sessions include the guest speakers highlighting collaborative work, partnership or special activities. The ICM Workshop includes topics decided by the ICM Board to develop the organisation's knowledge and position, as well as themed workshops with ICM's international partners.
